1. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

Yes, all the products that can currently be seen up on iHoverboard.com are currently in stock. Purchase your order before 4PM EST and we will ship out your hoverboard on the same day of your order.

2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping on all hoverboards are 100% free. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or any countries outside of the USA.

3. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

All of our hoverboards are shipped out via UPS ground shipping. Purchase your order before 4PM EST and we will ship out your hoverboard on the same day of your order.

4. WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

All of our hoverboards are shipped from our warehouse in the state of Florida. Packages usually take 2 business days to arrive on the east coast and 4-5 business days on the west coast.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Packages usually take 2 business days to arrive on the east coast and 4-5 business days on the west coast. Purchase your order before 4PM EST and we will ship out your hoverboard on the same day of your order.

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our store has a 14 day return policy (we pay for shipping item back to us the first 14 days). This means within 14 days of receiving your hoverboard you can return back your UNUSED hoverboard to us for any reason. Also, all of our items come with a 1 Year warranty. Our warranty only covers manufacture defects but does not cover problems caused by the user. The Warranty will replace defective hoverboards after 14 days (customer pays shipping back).

7. ARE YOUR HOVERBOARDS SAFE?

Yes, all hoverboards we sell are Ul2272 Certified, meaning they have passed rigorous testing in order to meet the UL certification standards.
