The good and the bad...
I have seen alot of bad reviews... I'm giving theese guys 4 stars because my issue i had been resolved. It was tough for customer service to understand due to them not having a shop to ship to. You must take you're own product you buy and if it needs diagnosis you take it to the shop and they will reimbursed you the amount. They didn't understand my battery completely ruined the other one somehow how had a leak in the battery and also the wires looked fried. Still no clue who is at fault. I got through by emails fast no problem! Do not try to call get you're email in of you're issue especially under warranty. That being said they will then send you the part for free if its still under warranty. They kept telling me i couldn't ship it back because my 30 days we're up, but my point was i am under warranty i get that my whole scooter got toasted. And the battery issue probably couldn't ship neways. Anyways after a bunch of emails back and forth they finally agrred to send me a replacement scooter. My issue got resolved fast by emails. I'd give them 5 stars but not having a shop to ship to for them to work on is one issue the other issue was customer service also didn't understand fully. We have a.i. now so my thoughts were some of those emails may have been auto a.i. emails. Anyways the new scooter is working totally better and i think i had a battery issue from the first start just how the new one is working atm.
